• Philippe-Marc Anquetil B.Mus

Philippe-Marc Anquetil is a veteran of the music industry. From humble beginnings in South-Western Sydney, Australia, to an international career in song-writing, production, mixing and mastering, singing, vocal coaching, publishing and management. He is now focused on mentoring and educating, while continuing to ply his trade when the need arises.

Philippe-Marc Anquetil is a renowned Australian singer, songwriter, vocal arranger, producer, and mixing engineer who has forged an international career working with artists such as One Direction, Little Mix, Cher, Kelly Rowland, and Jessie J. More locally, he has written and produced for artists including Ruel, Justice Crew, Alexa and Bella (The Voice Kids), Ricki-Lee Coulter, and Paulini.

From his beginnings in South-West Sydney to the global stage, Philippe has amassed over 300 commercial releases worldwide, collaborating with top artists across Australia, the UK, Europe, Japan, Korea, and the USA. His credits include No.1 singles and multi-platinum albums with Tinie Tempah, Kumi Koda, TohoShinki, Ayumi Hamasaki, and SHINee, among many others.

A graduate of Sydney University and the prestigious Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Philippe’s expertise spans across the full music production spectrum—from songwriting and vocal production to mixing and mastering. As a world-class vocal producer and arranger, he has helped shape the sound of internationally acclaimed acts such as Little Mix and One Direction. His mixing credits include chart-topping projects for Wretch 32, Sarah Connor, and Jean-Roch.

Currently, Philippe serves as the Musical Producer for the prestigious Talent Development Project (TDP)—one of Australia’s most respected music development initiatives, funded in part by the NSW Department of Education through The Arts Unit. In this role, he works closely with some of the most promising emerging talent across New South Wales, guiding them through intensive songwriting, recording, and performance training to prepare them for real careers in the music industry.

Philippe’s passion for mentoring the next generation of artists has also seen him contribute extensively to educational programs such as CaSPA’s Songwriting Program, Boys Arts Enrichment, and Let’s Sing initiatives, where his industry insight and creative leadership continue to inspire young artists.

“Being subjected to the many intricacies of the industry puts you in an ideal role as a mentor and educator. When I look back on my journey — the good, the bad, and the ugly — I only hope to help clear the path for others to chase their dreams, as I was able to… and still am.”
